EP76: I Shouldn’t Be Suffering
Saturday Jul 02, 2022
Saturday Jul 02, 2022
In this week’s episode, Kate & Wyn spend time with fellow coach, Mieke Desmadryl. Mieke shares how recent difficult life experiences opened up opportunities in her for new insight into how we work as human beings. Together they explore a very common noise for many in this conversation and as naturally happens, slip under the noise into a quieter space.
About Mieke:
I know a lot about the practical things to do when you want to change careers. A lot of people talk to me for that purpose. I guess you could call me a “career coach”.
But I absolutely love having conversations about how life works, how we as human beings work, how teams work. And of course, “work life” is a big part of that as well for many people.
I have some Dutch video’s called “minder drama, meer flow”, (if you translate less drama, more flow). They’re available for free on youtube

EP69:Our Endless Attempts To Fix Ourselves
Thursday May 12, 2022
Thursday May 12, 2022
Joining Wyn & Kate this week is former self-development junkie, Clare Downham. Clare describes her insight-by-insight journey to realizing her “okayness” and how deeply peaceful life can be. She recounts how she witnessed her daily spiritual routines fall away as the necessary action in order to experience well-being, for there’s nothing we need to do. We are all okay.
Clare’s Bio & Contact Info
Clare was a Headteacher when, in March 2015, she walked out of work and never went back. A year after burning out, she resigned from her 20-year career in education and retrained as a hypnotherapist and more recently a transformational coach.
Until the start of 2020 Clare had immersed herself in self-development, therapy, reading and learning in an attempt to ‘fix’ herself. She never felt like she was quite finished, making change after change that was short lived and never feeling quite good enough.
Recently Clare came upon a completely different way of understanding how human experience is created which has allowed her to finally be okay with who she is and where she is in life.
Clare, now known as The Queen of Calm, is the only coach to offer the antidote to self-development. She helps stressed-out, anxious business owners to stop continually trying to fix themselves so they can connect to innate confidence, calm and clarity and finally fall into a place of self-acceptance without endless tools and techniques.

EP67: Living Beyond
Thursday Apr 28, 2022
Thursday Apr 28, 2022
Joining Kate & Wyn this week is coach and author, Natasha Swerdloff. Natasha delves into how she found truth in the connection between the spiritual & psychological, and how she began sharing this understanding with others. She helps others to see who they really are and how seeing that more deeply, changes their lives. Natasha beautifully shares how often we play in the small, limited world of our intellect but when we begin to live beyond that, life is full of unlimited possibility and potential.
Natasha’s Bio
Natasha Swerdloff lives in Denmark, is happily married to John since 2011, and is a trained psychotherapist. She has been self-employed since 1996 specializing in coaching, communication, and consulting in corporate settings in Denmark and around the world.
When Natasha discovered the work of Sydney Banks in 2012, she experienced a transformation of all areas of her life, and then decided to change the focus of her business to share the understanding known as The Three Principles.
She founded The Principles Institute, co-authored the book Coming Home with Dr. Dicken Bettinger and then started the Three Principles school. Natasha believes that one of the greatest discoveries a person can make is that peace and happiness cannot be given or taken away by external circumstances.
Today Natasha is honored to serve on the board of The Three Principles Global community as Vice President, and in that capacity, she is committed to support communities who share the vision of bringing the understanding of The Three Principles to people and help relieve unnecessary suffering and create a more peaceful world.
