The incredible Elsie Spittle joins Kate & Wyn this week. Elsie shares how she first began to touch the quiet, the stillness and the joy that is part of our nature as human beings. She chats about her friendship with Syd Banks and how his easy joy of life opened up the possibility of happiness for her own life. Elsie shares stories of witnessing how our innate wisdom and mental health can show itself in any situation, as soon as we touch the quiet under the noise. She reminds us that we are all so much more than we think.

The incredible Dr. Bill Pettit joins Wyn & Kate this week for a chat! From Mr. Banks, Bill began to see what lies behind all of life…pure love and understanding…and how we are all part of that divine energy.
He also talks about the 4 lessons that, if all children learned at a young age, might change the world as we know it. Bill shares his vast knowledge of how he has seen for himself over the last 38 years the impact of the Principles, and what they can teach us about our own innate mental health.
